In my company we have like 70 printers something like that. and i want that this group won't be able to print in all 70 printers.

Please do not double post again. Your duplicate thread has been removed. If you willingly choose to violate the rules again we will have to take action.

Please clarify your scenario. Do you want them to be able to print at all, or only to certain printers?

Before this new group, are / were there any restrictions on printing?

        Re: Help with printers permissions

Are there any current print restrictions in place for anyone else?

          Re: Help with printers permissions

No. in the security tab the Group Everyone is enabled in all printers

and Everyone can print so there is no restrictions

                  Re: Help with printers permissions

Hey ! so i used with SubinACL.exe - Microsoft tools
that we can download from here :

                  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

after the installation you run the program

                  and write in :
if you want to Grant someone Print Premission so you write this command:

                  subinacl /printer "Name Of The Printer" /grant="Domain Name\Group Name"=P

if you want to Revoke premission you write this command :

subinacl /printer "Name Of The Printer" /revoke=Group Name

If you want to Deny someone you write this command:

                  subinacl /printer "Name Of The Printer" /deny="Domain Name\Group Name"=P

very useful tool ! you can change not only printers you can change Registry,Services etc...

i built a Batch file that run automatically those commands for 70 Printers

                  Hope that i helped Someone
