  • Group policy removing users from local admin. group

    server 2003 group policy is in use pc's are windows xp. i have added people to the local admin group on the pc's and they are there till the pc is restarted and group policy refreshes then they are gone. I need to be able to add team leads to the admin. group on the individual work stations but do not want them in the admin. group on the domain for security reasons. Can anyone assist ?

    Look at the Restricted Groups settings in the GPO's that apply to the computers.
