        Not being psychic , it would help a lot if you tell us a little bit about your environment:
        Desktop and Server operating systems?
        Domain or workgroup?
        What you have tried already?

          Group Policy of particular OU you need this applying to

          User Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Folder Redirection --> Desktop

          Use basic and select a shared drive I create a share called userRedirect for all the redirects.

          If this hasn't worked, or you have already done this you need to give more information

          What isn't working?
