    I have DC running with Win 2k3, i want to block USB port for domain, so how i can block through group policy

    From BIOS We can upadate IRQ for USB Port. We can disable all or optional.

      BIOS is not group policy, and will block the port completely. I think the OP wants to block it to certain users, and have the option to unblock it without rebooting the server!
