    Apologies if this should be in OUTLOOK forum...though the problem I have is the actual GPO.

    The Outlook 2003 GPO has under TOOLS OPTIONS/PREFERENCES/EMAIL OPTIONS/TRACKING OPTIONS/ ... one object called "OPTIONS"

    This single object contains all the settings for Outlook tracking options...which is a pain! If I want to force my users to "Always send a response" when outlook is asked to respond to a read receipt...but I still want users to have the option of turning on READ RECEIPTS for each message... I can't do it!

    Once I set "always send a response" thus enabling the object, all other options are greyed out on the users machines. I dont want to globally turn on read receipts for 400 users suddenly...I want users to have the option to use read receipts , but for those that do...I do not want users to have the prompt that allows them to send the receipt or not send the receipt.

    Make sense?

    Hoping one of you brains can assist...maybe there is a new ADM file I dont have?
