  • Fixing an inhereted network - advice wanted

    Hi everyone,

I've joined the forum thanks to some advice from Daniel and I wanted to say hi to everyone before writing my post..

I have a new job and have took over a somewhat messy network. It's an SBS 2003 domain with an additional 2003 Server as a DC. All of the clients are windows XP.

I've noticed that Group Policy is not working properlyon the clients... user configuration is working properly, but the computer configuration is not. Also on the clients there is a fairly consistent pair of userenv errors: 1058 and 1030

My question is.. how do I go about fixing these errors? I've searched everywhere and I don't seem to be making any progress at all.

Can someone please help me or give me some clues as to where to start to get group policy working properly?

    Thanks,

    Keithy

Thank you for the response, but I've already tried both articles... anybody got any more ideas?
