  • 2 domains on same subnet

    hello this was an existing post some time ago but case was closed with no detailed explanation.

    I need to setup 2 domains on the same subnet in a 2008 environment. no need for DHCP.

      the earlier thread would have been closed due to age I beleive.

      basically, it's quite easy to setup two domains on one subnet:

      setup domain 1, configure accordingly. (say 192.168.1.1-127)
      setup domain 2, configure accordingly (192.168.1.128-254)
      because you don't have DHCP as you mentioned, nothing much else to worry about.
