  • Delegation for DHCP server on DC

Is there any way to delegate rights to control DHCP server that resides on DC to a user that's not domain admin? I know that one solution is to move the DHCP server from the DC, and other to make that user a domain admin, but I don't want to do either of those.

    Thanks in advance,

Isn't there a DHCP Administrators group that you can make them a member of?

What Blood suggested should work. You could use MMC and the DHCP snap-in after that.
One thing to bear in mind though for DHCP installed in the DC is that the DHCP administrators group becomes a domain local group and as such you give the user the rights to administer any other DHCP servers installed in other DCs as the case may be. I forgot to write that, I wanted him to be able to change only that DHCP server.
        Thanks anyway
