I am looking for a utility / script that can run accross the computers in the domain and map me this services

      Re: service accounts

      sorry I wasn't clear anough

I have a user in the domain that is being used for lot of services on lot of computers in the domain (the user is a member of the domain admin group)
I want to be able to run a serach on all servers in the domain and find out which services are using this account , so I can change it's password in the AD and then change it for each service ...

      Thanks,
      Haim

        Execute this script.

        Const ForAppending = 8
        Set objFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
        Set objLogFile = objFSO.OpenTextFile("c:\services.csv", _
        ForAppending, True)
        objLogFile.Write _
        ("System Name," _
        & "Account Name ")
        objLogFile.Writeline
        objLogFile.Writeline
        strComputer = "."
        Set objWMIService = GetObject("winmgmts:" _
        & "{impersonationLevel=impersonate}!\\" & strComputer & "\root\cimv2")
        Set colListOfServices = objWMIService.ExecQuery _
        ("Select * from Win32_Service")
        For Each objService in colListOfServices
        objLogFile.Write(objService.Name) & ","
        objLogFile.Write(objService.StartName)
        objLogFile.writeline
        Next
        objLogFile.Close

You might also want to check svclist.cmd script by Dean Wells that can be found here:
