    Hi,
Can some one help me on this:

I have a couple of Account Managers Users at my AD 2k8, ┐how can I know which one of them has moved or deleted a user account from an Organizational Unit?

I've been dealing with, "user accounts" that someone moved them from their organizational unit, and I don't know how to detect who did it

I did not found any report or logs, at AD.

Any ideas will be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

You can't unless you have auditing turned on.

You can enable it now but that won't help you for previous events.

like Wullieb1 said.. the simplest way to this is by turn the audit. then you can do a few things..
Go into your event log and looking for the eventid on user change/delete.
You can also do some kind of scripting to read that evenlog for you and email it to you.
