  • how to limit internet quota for each user?

    Hi,
what is the best way to allocation bandwith for each user? some users consume the Internet speed by using the internet for utube and downloading files while other are complaining from that low internet speed. I want to assign a quota for each user, say 10 giga a month. I am using windows 2008 server
    Thanks

Actice Directory isn't the right tool for bandwith control

Do a Google search for Packet Shaping but I think you will find they all cost $$$.
