  • SELF on A.D. Permissions

first of all apologize for my English, am Spanish and not fluent

I have the following problem: I have 800 users that there are 2 users in each replication lose the rights they have, what I see in the security tab in user properties.
He put on mana and the next replication lose it again. I'm talking about the SELF permissions
Can anyone give me clues as to why this happens to me?

in principle does not belong to any group protected AdminSDHolder not. But it must be within any group to which he applies a special directive.
I can see how policies are applied?
