  • Computer migration - access denied

    hi,
i have a problem with migrating computers from AD child domain to parent domain, the problem is that my account is in enterprise admins group on root domain, but not in domain admins in child domain, and when i trying to connect to computers its asking for password. I've tryed to add my account to child domain admins group, but parent domain where my account is is unavailable. Any suggestions?

Thanks, ant sorry for my poor english

    Some suggestions

    1. use an AD account from the child (easiest)
    2. add your account to Account Operators in the child, logoff/logon.

There easy trick - create on the root the same username with the smae password as the child domain. Use this account to logon and open the ADMT.
Also, verity that there no firewll that block the ADMT agent.
