    Hello Team,

    I am novice to active directory. Please let me know is it possible to assign a role (Role will have predefined access previllage) for a User in active directory.

    Please let me know the steps for the same. Thanks in advance.

    Not exactly...
    You can assign permissions to a group and then make users or other groups members, so they pick up the correct permissions, but this is not a role in the sense of an Exchange admin role

        In Active Directory, some certain permissions are grouped together and have certain names. Delegation wizard allows you to assign users certain administrative privileges. If by role, you mean this delegation, the answer is yes. Active Directory have some predefined delegation roles.
