  • Alias Domain

    Hi

I encountered this second time on two companies where the original domain (abc.local) was replaced by (xyz.com) when you login to domain.

    Domain name: ABC.Local
on logon screen. XYZ domain was the domain selected instead of ABC.
You can login to the domain using your abc.local domain account with no problem.
For curiosity I just want to know on how to configure this.
I tried google but unable to find the procedure.

    Re: Alias Domain

You can do this by creating a new UPN for the domain and then setting that UPN as the user's login.

      Re: Alias Domain

Or maybe it could be a domain trust between the two.
