  • Sites and Service site with Multiple Subnets

Just to be clear, I can have two subnet's for one site, correct?

We've added another subnet to our network, currently a 10.81.1.0/24 and now also a 10.81.18.0/24. The router 10.81.1.5 is setup with a secondary IP of 10.81.18.5, our networking guy has setup the routing.

One of the DC's will be changing over to the 10.81.18.0/24 segment as well as some machines being statically assigned. The reason for doing this is that the 10.81.1.0/24 segment will be moving out of the same building, eventually.

Until I change the IP of the DC then I'll have to create the new site with the 10.81.18.0/24 assigned to it.

Or am I thinking this through wrongly?
GoogleFu is strong with this one ^
