    hai i am ashok

i am reading different books for 70-290 prepartion
information provided in one book is in conflict with other

IN mspress book, discussing ad group conversion information given

in a Windows 2000 native or Windows Server 2003 domain functional level domain, domain local and global groups can be converted to universal groups if the groups are not members of other groups of the same scope. For example, a global group that is a member of another global group cannot be converted to a universal group.

but in dreamtech publication, group conversion rules mentioned as following

Domain local to universal You can make this scope change as long as the
group you want to change does not already contain another domain local
    group as a member.
Global to universal You can also convert global groups to universal, but
only if the group you want to change is not a member of another global group.

group conversion rules are inconflict each other

    thanks and regards
