  • how to check site replication

how can I check if both DCs in a site are fully replicated or not ?

Is there any manual method(without checking Event Viewer about replication failure), like USN no, so that we can confirm all DC are fully synchronized ?

How can we use replmon to check about replication health and sync status ?

But this command only display if last replication was successful or failed.

I want to check it manually, like from USN number, by generating any report.....

I want to confirm if USN numbers are sync for both DC....or any other way....

If DNS is running in AD integrated zone....and any change in any RR in DNS..will change the USN or not ???

Use the DNS console for checking DNS.

You could look at using replmon for checking your USN's.

Why would you want to do this anyway??? If you can verify your replication is working then leave AD alone.

Use replmon.exe with scheduled auto refresh, where in you can see the result with increasing USN's if replication moves.

Or use repadmin /showreps with sleep command in a batch file to write it in a notepad and review the results.
