  • Enterprise Admin Group

OK, I have a question ( Dumb) Why can't I see the Domain and Enterprise admin groups in AD? Shouldnt they be in the Built in Groups after install.

    Re: Enterprise Admin Group

If you are in a Domain and not in a workgroup you should be able to see them.
Have you tried the Search Functionality within ADUC? Maybe they are moved to an other OU or something?

Our domain admins group is in the Users container.

I can't see the Enterprise Admins group because i'm looking after a child domain but if i connect to the parent i see Enterprise Admins in the Users container.

You can try searching AD for them. Have you looked to see if the administrator account is a member of that group or the account you are using to search or to find the groups?
