  • AD-integrated DNS Subdomains not replicating

I have two new DCs. DC1 and DC2. Both running DNS/GC. All default ad-integrated zones replicate good. I create a new ad-integrated primary zone called TESTZONE on DC1, it replicates good to DC2. I create a host record in TESTZONE on DC1, it replicates good to DC2.

Then I right click on TESTZONE on DC1 and choose New Domain and call it TESTSUB. TESTSUB however never replicates to DC2...why is that? What do I need to do?

These are two new DCs, and so there is no weird Zone Transfer settings, and since its AD-integrated already, I shouldn't have to specify any zone transfer settings...right?

    Thanks for the help all

Right, AD integrated DNS zones use AD replication to move the zone data accross.
What's the Zone replication scope set to?
