  • assign rights to all folders containing...

Very simple question (I guess the answer is simple too but can't find it...) :

I have the following folders :

    folder 1
    subfolder 1
    ...
    subfolder N
    confidential
    folder 2
    subfolder 1
    ...
    subfolder N
    confidential
    etc ...

    folder N

I want to define rights on : all folders named "confidential"
(for instance, I want to prevent users in the group "notallowed" from reading files in any folder named "confidential").

Is it possible ? If yes, how ?

I hope my question is clear enough... (?)
    thanks for reading

    Simple batch would do it:
    Code:
    FORFILES /M confidential /S /C "cmd /c if @isdir==TRUE cacls @path /D domain\notallowed"
    Guy Teverovsky
"Smith & Wesson - the original point and click interface"
