    0x800a0046 - Permission denied


    i am running the cscript CreateEnvironmentFromXML and I have a large number of user policies (surprisingly not every GPO ) that have not been created


    Error message is:

    Importing settings from c:\GPObackups\{long number} to GPO OUName User Policy in domain domainname.com.
    Error importing settings into OUName User Policy
    0x800a0046 - Permission denied

    Where did you get the script from?

      Server OS?

      Source Server is Windows 2003 destination server (staging environment ) is also Windows 2003

      Domain & Forest Functional Level?

      Source environment - levels unknown
      Destination environment - Windows 2003 for both domain and forest

      Where did you get the script from?

      Source server from live production domain using the microsoft script

      Account you are running it under?

      at the source environment - I am unsure as someone else ran the the script (i wil find out)

      at the destination environment - Domain Administrator
