  • cross domain SSO for exchange/outlook

Long time lurker, first time poster. Ok so for a little background....we have our own forest, but our email servers are going away and another agency is taking email over in the form of Exchange......this is causing us to give thought to joining their forest so we don't have to have two different accounts.

My question is there a way to set up cross domain SSO/authentication so we can stay in our forest/domain and not have to join theirs, but still be able to access Exchange on the other forest without having a second account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of Exchange hosting companies offer single sign-on solutions. I would ask the company hosting your stuff how they usually do it. They might have a software to do account provisionning etc..
