  • Install an EXE file on specific clients

Is it possible to install an exe file on selected AD workstations using specific AD credentials so that the EXE can be installed even if the user is not a local admin?

Is this to do with this post?

If not you want to look into converting it to an .msi file.
I don't know anything about (you or your) computers.
Research/test for yourself when listening to free advice.

You can use a startup script in GPO to copy the required file to the workstation.
        Batch one-line should do:
        Code:
        if not exist "%PROGRAMFILES%\App\File.exe" @copy \\server\share\file.exe "%PROGRAMFILES%\App\File.exe"
