  • force password change for Mac's

    Does anyone know how to force a password change for Mac machines that you have on your windows 2003 domain? The Mac's are the only machines that don't get prompted to change their passwords...

    i found a few methods to force a password change in AD w/OS X. youll have to scan thru there to decide what type of authentication is applicable to your situation.

      Hmm it seems like most of these need the MAC's to be part of the domain...none of the ones we have are...

        Why did you ask about forcing passwords for macs on the domain when you don't have macs on your domain???

        There's no way to have AD force changes on computers that aren't in AD...
