Re: Move AD to New server

when i used Ntbackup to restore AD to my new server i wouldn't boot up.
I have got new server which is going to replace with my old server. I can do replicate AD but then my server name and Shared folder location will change and users will not able to conect my Server.
Is there anyway to Move AD to new server?

      Thanks

Yes, Biggles77 already told you. Swing Migration will do what you're asking. http://www.sbsmigration.com/

I think it's $200 and, from what Steven says, it's well worth it if you weigh the cost of labor it will save you.

Check out this thread as it talks about it a lot. http://forums.petri.com/showthread.p...wing+migration
