  • Delete FRS-Staging folder?

I am trying to increase the amount of available space on one of our servers and need to know if I can delete the FRS-Staging folder? I have disabled replication and re-enabled it with the staging folder on another drive... but the old staging folder is still there and I didn't know if I could delete it or not? Does any other process use that folder? i.e. AD replication? Or does it create a new staging folder for each replication topology that is created on that machine?

    Thanks,

    Tim

verify with ntfrsutl.exe that the folder is not in use before you delete it.
