    Ensure you use the "Authenticated Users" group as the minimum level of access (remove "Everyone" group from ACLs

    Use ISA server to ensure internet access is only given to authenticated users

        It is not so easy than it is seen.
        the best practise is to work on several area
        1. Implement switch port security http://articles.techrepublic.com.com...5-6123047.html)
        2. Use proper NTFS and Share permissions;
        3. Implement a strong, authentication based Internet access policy;

        You can also protect communication with servers implementing a proper IPSEC policy.
