    Re: shared printer

    Hi,
do the two computers belong to same domain? It seems like a problem of trust between them.
Have you tried accessing the computer through the network? Does it work or it asks you again for username and password?

Have you checked the events? Also try to access the share by using the dns hostname instead of netbios. \\computername.domainname.local (FQDN) and see what happens.

Did you reset the computer account after you reformatted it and before you joined it back to the domain? (open ADU&C, right-click the computer, select Reset Account)

              I'll do my best.
-Was the network printer installed previously and was never deleted and reinstalled?
-Does the user have permission to log on over the network?
-What do you see in the event log? (you might want to change the audit settings to audit failures of logon events)
-Can you install the printer when you're part of the admins group?
              Regards,
