Any chance of starting an SQL Server forum??

I can't find how to kill a process on SQL server 2008. It's easy in 2000 but I cant for the life of me find it in 2008.

Not a bad suggestion actually, I've only noticed now that there isn't an SQL forum ,

I suspect there isn't much influx of questions on that subject otherwise it would've been created by now.

This has been discussed before and either Misc or Scripting (for detailed T-SQL) is the best place

I found what I was looking for.

If anyone is interested, it's in the "Activity Monitor".

        Easy once you know how.
