  • Set Default Reply to Address In outlook 2k3

    Hello -

I am having a issue with the reply-to address that outlook sets in email responses. Here is the configuration of the outlook account:

    1. Exchange account: [email protected]
    2. IMAP account: [email protected]

When the user replys to a message, outlook thinks it being smart by automatically setting the reply-to address to the address of which it was recieved (the exchange account or IMAP account) in. I don't want this. I would like the reply-to to be set to the IMAP account always, no matter what account it is recieved in.

There is a way to manually set it in the email interface using the "accounts" pulldown. The problem is that the user sometime forgets to do this. I any ideas on how to force it to use only 1 reply too address?

I believe this may be similar to what you want. Select [email protected] and Set As Primary
    1 1 was a racehorse.
    2 2 was 1 2.
    1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
    2 2 1 1 2
