  • Sync two calendars in the same mail.

    Ok so here we go.

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 on a Win xp Pro Laptop.

I need to find away of synchronising his Personal Folder Calendar with his mailbox Calendar on the server. Is there a way of doing so?

Are you using Exchange with the "offline files" option selected? if so, both will keep in sync every time the laptop connects to the server (with outlook running)

Why do they want to do this? The only reason to have a Calendar folder in Personal Folders is if, at one point, delivery was set to the PST.

If they want offline availability for their Calendar, they should be using Offline Files, as Ossian already pointed out.
