      Moved to Outlook forum

Any more clues to help us?
      Which Outlook Version?
      Is Exchange involved?
What is garbage - the message or the attachment?
Are they genuine messages or spam/phishing?
Surely you can tell the difference between HTML and Unicode - if not, talk to your network administrator
