  • Change where My Documents button points to in Save dialogue Outlook 2003 on Windows 7

It's probably a registry hack, and probably an Office wide or Office applicable solution.

    Can anyone help?

Office 2003 very old mate . I dont have access to it otherwise I'd be able to guide you.
In office 2010, you select -- open word/excel/power point or outlook
    go to help -- option
    and then select Save
there you can specify default folders for saving as well as opening documents.
you need to configure for each application (word/pp/excel)

you can use above instruction as reference for configuring MS office 2003

It's a Windows 7 hack. Go to C:\Users\<username>. Right click My Documents and click Properties. Then change the location of My Documents as you would in earlier versions of Windows and click Apply. That will change the dialogs' buttons.
