    Hello all.

    I am looking to move a calendar from Outlook 2003 on a computer running XP SP2 to another XP SP2 machine running Outlook 2007.

    The trick is that we want to be able to share the calendar between two users. For example, if user 1 has completed a task and dismisses it, then user 2 on his profile with separate e-mail and contacts will know that the task has been completed.

    We do not use Exchange as a mail server

    Any help?

    only way you could do it would be to maybe use a PST folder.but then only one user could use it at a time.

    look at a google calendar instead, then you can get agoogle sync thnggy that syncs the calendar
