  • Problem with Free busy option - Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003

    Hi All,

We are using Exchange 2003 with (Office)Outlook 2007, every thing fine apart from one user only. One user is unable to see free busy resurces in her calander. It was fine before but since few weeks whenever she is trying to book a meeting she is unable to see free/busy pre booked meeting in/as resources. I have checked all the options seems fine, run detect and recovery tool also fine. Not sure how to resolve this problem. Can any one please advise how to fix this problem?

    Regards

    Sam

Rebuild her Outlook profile (after backing it up of course).

Only one user affected? Just export the content of the mailbox, delete that mailbox, create a new one and look if the error persists.

If only one user is affected it's most of the times not worth the time to look any further into the issue.

If you want to make it comfortable for the user save the information regading the legacyExchangeDN and include this one into the new mailbox as X.500 address if it isn't matching the old one.
