  • Auto Save Attachments

    Hi,

We're using Outlook 2000, Exchange 2003. Is there a way to have e-mail attachments automatically saved into a specific folder when they arrive in your mailbox???

    Thanks,

    Jeremy

    Re: Auto Save Attachments

When you say automatically saved, do you mean Outlook automatically saves the attachment or when you manually save it the attachment is automatically saved in a certain location?

Thanks for responding, sorry for the ambiguity...

What I'd like to happen, is when the message with the attachment comes in, it is automatically saved to a folder on the network. Trying to automate it so that when messages come in to a certain e-mail account with attachments, those attachments automatically are saved into the folder, without user intervention.

      Thanks

There is a third party utility that you can use to achieve this.
        Check the link below.
