  • force email signiture

    Hi,

We are going to roll out an email signiture to all users by placing a generic signiture into all users profiles. On further investigation it seems that once users log in they can disable the signiture. I would like it so that it uses a specific signiture everytime outlook is run. Can this be done by inserting a reg key everytime a users logs on?

One other thing that puzzles me, these signitures dont seem to work using owa. can they be added to owa other than manually adding them?

    thanks

    Re: force email signiture

AFAIK there is no way of enforcing the signatures in Outlook but if you use Exchange you have some options:
Exchange 2003: 3rd party utilities such as PolicyPatrol and Exclaimers can add signatures (based on AD information) after the message is sent

Exchange 2007 & 10: Can add natively using a transport rule

Moved thread to Outlook forum for better response
