    Dear Friends,
    Please help me out, I am having the signature file namely %user Name%_Signature in the path below.
    "C:\Documents and Settings\yogeswaranp\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures"
    in 500 machine in my office

    I need to make this file as default signature in outlook 2003.

    Can u please suggest the way for this via Group Policy.

    You can either use a logon script to copy the file to the user's profile when they login, or you could search Google for suggestions, since I'm pretty certain this will have been answered many, many times before.
