  • Contextmenuupdate : paste face message

    Hey

    Randomly A user has suddenly started to get an error message pop up. There is no particular action that he does to get the error message it just decides to pop up when it pleases.

    Please see attached. it says 'contextmenuupdate: paste face error'

    Does anyone know how to resolve this please. He uses XP pro and office 2003.

    Any more info needed then let me know.

    The dialog tells you the problem is with the Able2Extract plugin. Have you contacted Investintech yet?

      Disable the Add-In in outlook then contact the vendor of the software for a fix.

        Post back if you can't find where to disable the Add-in. It is fairly well hidden, eh Wullie.

              Hi

              I cant see the add in that im supose to disable, I went into Tools>options>other and then clicked on Addin and the options there as shown in attached? I de-selected the first 2, but it made no difference. I have un-installed able2extract to no avail.

              Any advise?

                  Thanks fr everyones helps. Investitech finally emailed me back and fixed the problem.

                  I just deleted the cache and deleted the investiech files that was in c: program files
