.pst repaire problem

  • .pst repaire problem

    Dear

    I am facing the problem with my .pst file of Office outlook 2007.
    I am unable to upload it.
    When I am trying to upload it the Outlook hangup.
    The size of pst is 700 MB.
    Please help me in this matter.

    There is a scanpst.exe tool with Office which will check for errors
    Can you explain what you mean by "upload" -- do you mean "open the PST in Outlook"
    Where is the PST stored - on the local PC or on a network drive?

      Sudhir,

      Have you tried running the Inbox Repair Tool??

      Instructions on how to use it can be found here, if you can't find it win the locations given there, try this other location..

            I have tried scanpst.exe tool of office and it done it but after that its not upload.
            Upload means I am trying it to open in outlook 2007.
            Its store in local

              After running Scanpst.exe, have you imported it with Outlook?
              You need to manually import it:
              In Outlook:
              File > Import and Export > Import from another program or file > Personal Folder File (.pst) > Then browse to the location of your .pst
