I have a few users that use Mircosoft outlook 2003, but via MS mail to share contacts and shared folders, through pop3 account.

When some users moves an email with an attachment to a shared folder it keeps crashing then errors "microsoft encountered a problem, outlook will restart"

    They use linux server.

Any idea why this could be?

    Thanks

    Re: MS mail

Could you post the details of the error message including an error number
Can you also check the event log to see if there is any more information there.

      Re: MS mail

      Hi Sorry

In the event view it says
"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8217.0, stamp 480f95d9, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x00000000."

It isnt showing an error report of the problem, just what report is going to be sent to microsoft. Which shows Module1 then and DLL then again module 2 DLL.

Examples of the dll are advapi32, msvcrt and out CLIB.

      Thanks
