In the C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder look for a file with a NK2 extension, this is the nickname cache file that you're looking for.

        Hi,

Move the Nk2 file from the old profile to the new one: http://www.windowsreference.com/ms-o...pc-or-profile/

And make sure the name of the NK2 file matches exactly the name of the Outlook profile!
