  • Outlook 2007 certificate problem

I have a problem when I am openning Outlook 2007. PC's have IE6 and IE7, and mail server shows the window security alerts:

There is a problem with the site's security certificate, the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site!

    How to fix this problem?

Do you mean problems with OWA? To stop the error, you need to either purchase a 3rd Party SSL certificate or have your own CA internally. Group Policy can hten be used to make your CA trusted, so will stop the error.

Also, you coud look into importing the current SSL certificate into the 'Trusted Root Certifcates' store of the local computer. Group Policy can also be used. I have never carried this option out. I use my own internal CA.
