  • Why wont calendar go to normal view?

    I got a user who called me over cause whenever she initially goes into her calendar, she gets this 'list view'. Once she chooses another calendar, it goes to the normal calendar view and then she can click the original calendar to view it properly.

    Heres what happens:

    1) Click the Calendar tab, the following screen show:

    2) Select 'Blank Calendar 1' and Outlook switches to the 'normal' calendar view

    3.) I can now click on 'Calendar' and view it properly.

    4.) Now this is the screen I am taken to when I do a 'Find'. It layout is identical to the first screen. The user said this problem started after she did a search for something.

    Now I have tried doing another search in 'Calendar' thinking maybe the previous search was never cleared out, but that didnt work. I tried erasing the profile for Control Panel\Mail, that didnt work. I tried reinstalling Outlook, that didnt work.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
