  • Showing only 8-5 in a calendar

Is there any way to show ONLY 8-5 in a calendar? We want it for a calendar that holds visits information in our public folders but the space on the screen that shows 12am-8am and 5pm to 12am is never used and is wasted.

    Thanks

    try tools-option-calendar option
then change the start time and the end time (outlook 2003)
Is that what you want ?
    Good Luck

This only changes the hours of your working day (shaded colouring). What Tony wants is to only DISPLAY the hours of the working day so that the whole 24 hours are not shown.
      1 1 was a racehorse.
      2 2 was 1 2.
      1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
      2 2 1 1 2

        I see
Time-line views can use a day, week, or month timescale, chosen with the Day, Week, and Month toolbar keys. The Day timescale always shows a 24-hour day; you can't confine it just to working hours.
        its by design
        Good Luck
