  • Exceded limit size

    I have a problem with one of my users ,He cant send mails beacuse It says that he Exceeded the size limit,i inlarged he limit but still the same problem!
    he deleted item froms his mail (he has 30 MG free space under the limit )but still the same problem,i disabled his limit he gets same message that he cant send mail and tells him to clean the mailbox with autoarchive.
    i tried differnet thing i got also the Error 0x8004060C -googled it but still..

    He has outlook 2003 with SP2
    Were using Exchange 2003

    off course I reconfigured the proofil of his outlook.

    Exchange caches information, such as size limits, for about 2 hours (If I remember correctly). How long did you wait after changing the limit?

      Global setting may be over riding the individual setting.

      Create a PST and move all the crap he thinks he needs to keep into the PST. That will free up space on the Exchange mailbox.

        Settings at the user level override settings at the global and store level for message size and mailbox size.
