  • Mails not fully downloading on client from Exchange server

One person that is not in state, hooks up his wireless laptop tried to open up several emails and go the message, not fully downloaded to server, do you want to mark to open. He pressed yes and they all opened.

His email is setup like everyone else in our office.

The emails server is in Austin Texas, the host is in Austin Texas. No one else had any problems.

Mailserver is Exchange 2007, no sp. Forefront and Mimosa
    Operating System XP 2007
    Outlook 2007
    Windows Sql Server 2003 R2

    What made this happen?

    Thanks

        XP, not XP 2007
        Windows server 2003 R2

The secretary has a Vista System and has access to send and receive the email, the boss has XP on his laptop.

        Thanks

You need to check on the client, office 2007 - cache mode download all the mails. I assme its downloading only the Headers and connection/network is getting low while opening the message

Re: Mails not fully downloading on client from Exchange server

I am sorry for being so ignorant, is it the cache mode in outlook I need to check on? If so, should it be checked or unchecked?

When you say the network is getting low, that would mean his wireless laptop is not getting a real good connection?

            Thanks
