How can i set via Policy that Outlook 2003 ALWAYS opens with the Outlook Today page?

If not via Policy where do i find to set it in Regedit?

    Thank you.

for changing outlook today via gpo you should download the office 2003 adm files from Microsoft and add it to the other templates in group policy then go to user configuration > administrative templates > Microsoft outlook 2003 > outlook today settings and change to enable the "URL for customs outlook today" then enter the custom URL.
this is the link for the adm http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...plain-Text.exe

if you insist of manually changing the registry then
Make a backup of your system registry.
    Run the Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
Navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Today subkey.
Create a new STRING value, named URL.
For the value of URL, enter the address of the web page you want to view when you click Outlook Today.

    good luck
