  • Outlook 2003 Find & Advanced Find

    Hi,

    All of a sudden a particular set of users cannot use the find feature in Outlook 2003. They click find type something in and then 'Find Now'... The magnifying glass sits there non stop with nothing found.

    These users have there own mailbox server.

    I tried the same in Outlook Web Access and this works.

    The Outlook runs in a Citrix desktop Environment.

    Does a new Outlook profile resolve the issue?
    If it is Citrix and doesn't affect everyone then it is either Outlook or Windows profile related.
